Duchess of Cambridge Names Cruise Ship

Duchess of Cambridge at the Royal Princess naming ceremony

Duchess of Cambridge at the Royal Princess naming ceremony

Her Royal Highness, The Duchess of Cambridge has just named the Princess Cruise Line’s new flagship cruise liner the ‘Royal Princess’. In a wonderful ceremony filled with colour, crowds and musical performances the duchess named the ship by cutting a ribbon (with scissors handed to her by representatives of EACH Hospice) which in turn smashed a bottle of champagne over the hull in her last solo engagement before she becomes a mother.

The Duchess of Cambridge will also attend the Trooping of the Colour ceremony coming up with The Queen and other members of the Royal Family
